Returns & Refund Policy

1. Hassle-Free Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we cannot accept traditional returns. However, we offer immediate replacement or refund for any items that arrive damaged or do not meet our quality guarantee.
2. Reporting Issues
You must report any quality concerns within 6 hours of receiving your delivery. Please contact our support via the in-app chat or email with:
- Order ID (found in your email or account)
- Photos of the damaged or unsatisfactory items
- A brief description of the issue
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, we will provide FreshFruit Credits or a bank transfer.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the "Processed" stage. Once an order is processed, it means the fruits have been picked and packed for you, and cancellation is no longer possible.
